Large financial services organization in Mexico running multiple business-critical applications on TAS (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).

The company needed to migrate workloads to AWS to improve scalability, operational control, and long-term cloud strategy, while maintaining stability, security, and regulatory compliance.

The Challenge

  • Legacy platform dependency on TAS

  • 40 microservices written in Node.js and Java

  • Different teams, tech stacks, and deployment patterns

  • Need for zero or minimal downtime

Enterprise Integration Platform (LATAM)

IaC + CI/CD Automation for MuleSoft (Exchange + Runtime Manager) (NDA-Safe)

Enterprise environment with multiple MuleSoft APIs and applications requiring consistent deployments across environments (dev/test/prod) with governance, traceability, and standardization.

The goal was to implement a repeatable, automated delivery platform for MuleSoft assets—covering both:

-API specifications (Exchange)

-Runtime deployments (Runtime Manager / CloudHub 2.0)
